Our conference and function venue at Monte Bello Country Estate offers many different productive setups for conferences, meetings and functions – with the added benefit of breathing in fresh country air and enjoying stunning views.

Our banqueting team loves getting creative with our spaces, decor and culinary options. Whether you want a clean, modern set-up with gorgeous farmlands as your backdrop, or a more intimate, down-to-earth feel with soft, flowing tablecloths and cosy fireplaces –  our dedicated team will turn any (or all) of our four, customisable venues into the ideal space for your event.

Our process

Getting started is as easy as picking up the phone to one of our venue managers and talking through what you want and how many people you’re expecting. From there our team gets to work designing a proposal for you which includes everything from the floor plans to the decor, to the menus – plus any other interesting extras you can think of (there’s no reason you can’t combine business with pleasure).

Your conference or function venue includes:

  • Your choice of four venues and outside areas
  • Standard or tailor-made menus
  • Staff, including floor managers on the day
  • Furniture and glassware
  • The basic setup of tables, chairs and table linen
  • Flip charts and paper
  • Whiteboard and markers
  • Coffee, tea and juice station available throughout the course of the day
  • Podium available on request


Extras like mints, notebooks, pens, AV equipment, stages, etc. can be arranged at a nominal fee.
